Booth Rental Includes 20' deep booths (unless specified) One free parking pass for vehicles or trailers up to 20'

Booth Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve your booth space.

Booth deposit is due by the last Sunday of the festival.

Booth deposit will be refunded if requested by January 1st.

Booth Payments

Half of the booth space rental is due by May 1st.

Booth will be forfeited with no refund if not opened on the first day of the festival.

Parking Prices

All vehicles parked overnight must have a pass displayed in the windshield. All trailers parked overnight must have a pass attached to the back of trailer.

Parking (daily)
  • $5 For vehicles and trailers up to 20′
  • $8 For vehicles and trailers over 20′ and less than semis
  • $12 For semis or semi trailers
Parking (10 Day Pass)
  • $30 For vehicles and trailers up to 20′
  • $60 For vehicles and trailers over 20′ and less than semis
  • $100 For semis or semi trailers

Please note that you are required by Parke County to obtain a Transient Merchant License(TML) and food vendor permits. Parke County charges for these permits. In the past years TML cost was $120.
